01 — Train

A Strength Floor Built for Every Approach

Around 190 pieces from Arsenal Strength, Panatta, Prime, and Hammer Strength are planned for Salt Lake City — racks, plate-loaded and selectorized machines, dumbbells, and a full cardio line. Whether you follow your own program or train with a coach, the room is built so you never wait on a station.

HYROX and Group Fitness, Coached for Every Level

Five coached formats are coming to Salt Lake City — Mat Pilates, Yoga, and C45 HIIT for every member, plus HYROX and Element 6 with the Edge membership. Scale the work to where you are today and train alongside people pushing for the same thing.

03 — Recover and Recharge

Recovery Lounge. Elite Lounge. One Membership Card.

The planned recovery lounge brings infrared saunas, cold plunges, and Normatec compression boots under the same roof as the training floor. The Elite Lounge adds a coworking space, so a session, a recovery block, and a work call fit into one stop.

Recovery lounge and Elite Lounge access is included with Elite and Edge memberships.
