Yes, Carbon Performance Charlotte offers personal training led by our certified, skilled team. Our personal trainers hold certifications such as NASM and ACE and have evidence-based backgrounds to help you reach your goals.

Elite members and above unlock a significantly expanded amenity set, including exclusive member discounts, Normatec Boots and Theraguns, individual cold plunges, individual infrared sauna and multiple dry saunas, the HydroMassage 440 G3 Lounge, the CryoLounge+ Recovery Chair, access to the Elite Lounge co-working space, and the Women’s Only Strength Area.
