Submit Membership Cancellation

We’d love the chance to keep training with you! Before submitting your request, please review our policy details and alternative options below.

• 30-Day Notice: If you decide to cancel your gym membership, we require at least 30 days’ notice. We will apply any billing charges scheduled within that 30-day window.
• Early Termination Fee: If you cancel your gym membership before your agreement terms end, we will apply a $300 cancellation fee.
• Fee Waivers: If you are still within your agreement terms, we will waive the $300 cancellation fee if you provide verifiable documentation for:
  • Qualifying relocation from a Carbon Performance location, as defined by your membership agreement terms
  • Medical reasons preventing participation
  • Military deployment

If you are dealing with a short-term schedule shift, relocation, or recovery from an injury, you can freeze, transfer, or modify your agreement instead of ending it completely:

• Membership Freeze: Temporarily halt your monthly payments without terminating your contract or losing your locked-in rate.
• Location Transfer: Moving closer to another Carbon Performance facility? Easily move your membership to your new primary gym to keep your contract active.
• Tier Modification: Reach out to our Charlotte staff to adjust your plan to a level that fits your updated fitness schedule.
