Personal Training Manager

Originally from Hartford City, IN, Scott has been working in the fitness industry with over 8 years of experience in the field. Graduating from Indiana Wesleyan University, he has a background in powerlifting and Sports Performance as he started training in powerlifting at the age of 15 with the goal of becoming a college athlete. He utilizes the foundations of strength training and his background in working with athletes to help people look and feel their best!

Scott has worked with clients ranging from weight loss, strength training, and athletic performance showing a range in results based on what you’re looking to achieve! Certified by the NSCA, USAW, and Precision Nutrition, he also works as a Nutrition Coach and loves to teach Olympic Lifting movements. With a true Midwest personality, Scott brings the passion and knowledge needed to help people achieve their goals!

Alex is a NASM certified personal trainer who has been working in the fitness industry for just over a year. Though he’s new to working in the industry, Alex’s knowledge and first hand experience from the years prior show his dedication to the industry.

Coming from a background of sports, Alex learned the basics of strength and agility training. Starting at 265 pounds, Alex would go on to lose 80 pounds and find a new passion in fitness.

Whether it be weight loss, strength training, or just a lifestyle improvement, Alex is a trainer with the energy and passion to guide clients to their goals.

Trey has been in the fitness industry for over 6 years and has a passion for motivating people through results. He believes that the keys to truly living a higher quality of life comes through keeping your body healthy.

With 5+ years in the fitness industry, 6+ years of competition experience and being NASM/NCSA certified — Trey has years of experience with nutritional coaching, strength training, and weight loss.

Jesse is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with NASM, having years of experience working with clients to achieve their weight loss and strength goals, including numerous athletes. Jesse holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition, Food, and Exercise from Virginia Tech and is passionate about helping people improve their lives through fitness and nutrition.

With a background in sports and personal experience with weight loss, Jesse is equipped to assist anyone with their fitness goals, whether it’s gaining muscle, losing weight, or improving their athletic performance.

With a solid foundation in healthcare and a passion for fitness, Caleb brings a unique blend of expertise to his role as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. Caleb’s journey into the world of fitness began in the military where he obtained his nursing license followed by a six-year career working in the medical field. As a nurse, Caleb developed a deep understanding of the human body and the importance of holistic health.

Caleb’s dedication to health and wellness led him to compete in two bodybuilding competitions. These competitions were transformative, pushing him to new physical and mental heights, and igniting a passion for bodybuilding that he brings into his training philosophy. To further enhance his expertise, Caleb earned certifications as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). With these credentials, Caleb has an advanced knowledge in exercise science, nutrition, and client-centered coaching techniques that enable him to create comprehensive, individualized fitness and nutrition plans.

Personal Training Supervisor

Justin Kitchen is a certified personal trainer with 15 years of experience, accredited through the American College of Sports Medicine. He has worked with clients of all ages, genders, and fitness levels, helping them enhance their performance in the gym and lead healthier lives. Justin’s specialties include strength training, muscle growth, fat loss, sports-specific conditioning, and mastering proper form and technique.

Justin also offers expert guidance on macronutrient manipulation, tailoring nutritional strategies to complement his clients’ fitness goals, whether in the gym or in daily life.

With a keen interest in golf fitness, Justin holds a Titleist Performance Institute Level III certification, focusing on improving rotational power, driving distance, endurance, and balance for golfers. Additionally, he is a nationally qualified men’s physique competitor with a passion for bodybuilding and aims to compete in the upcoming season.

A Duke University graduate, Justin was a four-year letterman on the football team, playing outside linebacker and defensive end, and holds a degree in Psychology.

Katie’s fitness journey came to a crossroads when she quit soccer after high school. She knew she wanted to start lifting weights but didn’t know where to start. With all the misinformation on nutrition and strength training, it was hard to know what was true.

Inspired to learn more, Katie majored in exercise science at the University of Iowa, where she learned how to get started with weight training and how to help others do the same. After becoming an American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer (ACE CPT) in 2020, Katie went on to become a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified Nutritionist.

Throughout college, Katie discovered a passion for helping others gain the correct information to achieve long-lasting results and understand the entire process of how to get there. Katie understands the feeling of frustration from feeling like you are out of sync with your body, and she would love to help you feel like yourself again through proper nutrition and training.

Silas is a NASM certified personal trainer with more than 10 years of experience. A natural classic physique bodybuilding competitor and prep coach, Silas specializes in helping clients lose fat and build muscle safely and optimally using evidence based practices. Through co-founding a movement studio and having a background in athletics, Silas has experience with a variety of fitness modalities which he uses to help clients reach their goals in whatever way is best suited to their specific needs.

Currently studying to become a practicing psychotherapist, Silas naturally places a great deal of importance on unifying mental and physical health. His goal is always to ensure his clients feel well supported and empowered to take on any challenge both inside and outside of the gym.

When not in the gym, you can usually find Silas hitting baseballs for his dog Franco, in a coffee shop or on a tennis court around Nashville!

Nathan is a Nashville native who has worked in the fitness industry for 8 years. As a former college baseball player, he understands and teaches the importance of human performance and development. Nathan’s primary objective is to supply his clients with fitness knowledge in order for them to accomplish self-sustaining, lifelong goals. He understands that working towards a big goal requires mental strength, discipline, and accountability.

Nathan received his CPT and Sports Nutrition Certification from NASM in 2016. He has a background in Strength and Conditioning, Corrective Exercise, Weight Loss, Sports Performance, and Nutrition. His passion is to invest in those who invest in themselves.

Ryan Shreve is a passionate and dedicated fitness professional with over a decade of experience in bodybuilding and personal coaching. He’s currently studying for his nursing degree at Western Kentucky University while working as a NASM certified personal trainer.

Ryan’s journey in fitness began during his teenage years when he discovered the profound impact strength training had on both physical and mental well-being. This sparked his interest in competitive bodybuilding, where Ryan has competed at national levels to showcase his discipline, hard work, and ability to achieve peak physical conditioning. He specializes in customized training programs tailored to individual goals, whether that’s building muscle, increasing endurance, or simply improving overall health.

When Ryan isn’t training clients or hitting the gym himself, he enjoys sharing his fitness journey on social media, engaging with the fitness community, and mentoring aspiring athletes. He also dedicates time to educational workshops, teaching the principles of healthy living to wider audiences.

Karli Williams is a certified personal trainer with a passion for helping clients develop sustainable fitness and nutrition routines tailored to their unique lifestyles. She earned her NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification in 2021 and has been actively training clients ever since. Shortly after, she obtained her NASM Nutrition certification. In addition to her expertise in fitness, Karli is also a registered nurse, bringing a well-rounded approach to health and wellness.

Believing that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to training or nutrition, Karli prioritizes personalized programs that align with each client’s goals, lifestyle, and needs.

Outside of work, she enjoys life downtown with her husband and their two dogs. Originally from Maryland, she has a deep appreciation for seafood. A dedicated bookworm, when she’s not in the gym, she can often be found nose deep in a novel.
