Caleb sprinkle

Over the last 11 years, Caleb has coached/trained individuals to improve their health markers and body composition. Caleb focuses heavily on educating clients on how to implement training and nutrition protocols to drive progress. This well-rounded approach helps to get amazing physical results while increasing confidence and quality of life.

Caleb has 11 years of coaching experience and 5 years of competition experience as well. He earned his BS in Exercise Science from the University of Southern Indiana in 2016. He has also earned an ACE CPT and NASM certification and recently finished his Functional Nutrition and Metabolism Specialization course.

Jesse wade

Jesse is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with NASM, having years of experience working with clients to achieve their weight loss and strength goals, including numerous athletes. Jesse holds a bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition, Food, and Exercise from Virginia Tech and is passionate about helping people improve their lives through fitness and nutrition.

With a background in sports and personal experience with weight loss, Jesse is equipped to assist anyone with their fitness goals, whether it's gaining muscle, losing weight, or improving their athletic performance.

Chris Perry

Originally raised in Knoxville, TN, but has been a Franklin resident for the last four years. Chris’s fitness journey began ten years ago when he lost 104 pounds. This massive weight loss journey inspired him to help others, and he started his coaching business eight years ago, working with people from all walks of life. He has been certified through the NASM since 2017 and has worked with in-person clients ever since.

Chris has competed in classic physique in the NPC since 2019 and has won 2 overalls. He has won 7 classes in his competitive career and is working towards his IFBB pro card while coaching and training all walks of life and experience levels.

Alex Griffin

Alex is a NASM certified personal trainer who has been working in the fitness industry for just over a year. Though he’s new to working in the industry, Alex’s knowledge and first hand experience from the years prior show his dedication to the industry. 

Coming from a background of sports, Alex learned the basics of strength and agility training. Starting at 265 pounds, Alex would go on to lose 80 pounds and find a new passion in fitness.

Whether it be weight loss, strength training, or just a lifestyle improvement, Alex is a trainer with the energy and passion to guide clients to their goals.

Scott Dodd

Originally from Hartford City, IN, Scott has been working in the fitness industry with over 8 years of experience in the field. Graduating from Indiana Wesleyan University, he has a background in powerlifting and Sports Performance as he started training in powerlifting at the age of 15 with the goal of becoming a college athlete. He utilizes the foundations of strength training and his background in working with athletes to help people look and feel their best! 

Scott has worked with clients ranging from weight loss, strength training, and athletic performance showing a range in results based on what you're looking to achieve! Certified by the NSCA, USAW, and Precision Nutrition, he also works as a Nutrition Coach and loves to teach Olympic Lifting movements. With a true Midwest personality, Scott brings the passion and knowledge needed to help people achieve their goals! 

Trey Hamlet

Trey has been in the fitness industry for over 6 years and has a passion for motivating people through results. He believes that the keys to truly living a higher quality of life comes through keeping your body healthy.

With 5+ years in the fitness industry, 6+ years of competition experience and being NASM/NCSA certified -- Trey has years of experience with nutritional coaching, strength training, and weight loss.

So, whether you are looking to build muscle, lose fat, or become more athletic, Trey can get you there.


Julia is a certified personal trainer through ACE who has been working in the fitness industry for just about a year. Although new to the industry, she has been committed to fitness for most of her life and brings knowledge from her own fitness experiences. With a background in sports, Julia has learned the basics of strength training, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.

Additionally, Julia has recently been pursuing bodybuilding, which requires building muscle and losing body fat. So whether you are looking to move functionally, build muscle, or lose fat, Julia can help you reach your goals!
