Cancel Your Carbon Performance Membership

Leaving so soon? Our team would love the opportunity to help you reach your next fitness goal. Before completing your request, please take a moment to look over our cancellation guidelines and flexible options.

• 30-Day Notice: If you decide to cancel your gym membership, we require at least 30 days’ notice. We will apply any billing charges scheduled within that 30-day window.
• Early Termination Fee: If you cancel your gym membership before your agreement terms end, we will apply a $300 cancellation fee.
• Fee Waivers: If you are still within your agreement terms, we will waive the $300 cancellation fee if you provide verifiable documentation for:
  • Qualifying relocation from a Carbon Performance location, as defined by your membership agreement terms
  • Medical reasons preventing participation
  • Military deployment

If you are managing a busy period, seasonal relocation, or injury recovery, you can place your account on hold, switch primary facilities, or adjust your package:

• Membership Freeze: Suspend monthly payments for a limited time without terminating your agreement or losing your current pricing lock.
• Branch Transfer: Relocating closer to another Carbon Performance facility? Seamlessly transfer your account to maintain your current contract without canceling.
• Tier Adjustment: Speak with our Nations team to modify your plan level so it fits your current availability and goals.
