Request Account Cancellation

We appreciate your time training with us at Carbon Performance Franklin. Please review our policies and alternative membership options below prior to submitting your request.

• 30-Day Notice: If you decide to cancel your gym membership, we require at least 30 days’ notice. We will apply any billing charges scheduled within that 30-day window.
• Early Termination Fee: If you cancel your gym membership before your agreement terms end, we will apply a $300 cancellation fee.
• Fee Waivers: If you are still within your agreement terms, we will waive the $300 cancellation fee if you provide verifiable documentation for:
  • Qualifying relocation from a Carbon Performance location, as defined by your membership agreement terms
  • Medical reasons preventing participation
  • Military deployment

If you are working around a short-term routine change, temporary move, or physical recovery, you can pause, transfer, or update your plan without full cancellation:

• Account Pause: Temporarily put your recurring billing on hold without breaking your contract or forfeiting your locked-in rate.
• Facility Transfer: Relocating closer to a different Carbon Performance venue? Shift your home location to keep your agreement active.
• Plan Customization: Connect with our Franklin team to switch to a membership tier that better suits your current availability.
