Logan Harsson

ABOUT ME
Logan began his fitness journey in 2013 at 265 pounds. He went on to lose over 100 pounds and joined the United States Marine Corps, where he served as an active-duty Special Operations Capable Reconnaissance Marine, Freefall Parachutist, and Marine Combatant Diver. While those accomplishments were significant, Logan discovered his true passion in fitness and nutrition. He enjoys helping others achieve their ideal physique and build confidence through training. In his own life, this passion has led him into bodybuilding, where he now competes in Men’s Classic Physique and has placed top five in three separate categories across his first two shows.

Silas Langford
ABOUT ME
Silas started his lifting journey in high school. His athletic background led him to the weight room at 15 years old, where he discovered a passion for strength training and muscle development. During his freshman year of college, he began taking on personal training clients, and the rest is history. Silas now has over 10 years of experience as a trainer and is an NPC Natural bodybuilding competitor and prep coach. He also co-owns and operates an infrared movement studio in Kingston Springs,TN.

As a competitive bodybuilder and multi-time nationally qualified athlete in both bodybuilding and classic physique, he combines elite-level discipline with a deep understanding of human movement and execution. His coaching philosophy centers on creating highly personalized strength training programs paired with proper nutrition to optimize movement mechanics and enhance performance.
Originally from Dallas, Texas, Billy is grounded in his faith, which shapes a culture of integrity, purpose, and compassion in his coaching. He meets clients where they are, building custom plans designed to deliver lasting results.

Katie was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, IL. She spent most of her life playing soccer before discovering strength training and developing a passion for training and nutrition. While studying Exercise Science at the University of Iowa, with a minor in Human Relations, Katie experienced a transformation in both her physical and mental health. That journey led her to pursue helping others create sustainable habits and achieve lifelong results.
